Step 1:  Starting from Scratch, Know Your Enemies
In this step you will identify what is making you an ugly, malnourished bag of binge cravings. Don't let it do that to you! Destroy your enemies and be amazing! This is what you have to do to get started.


Step 2:  Know Thy Self
What we know usually is that we don't want to eat, but eventually we do. Eventually we have to. Often that becomes a binge that hurts us, followed by compensating... which also hurts us. What do you do? How do you feel? Where do your strengths fail? What failures can you turn into a strength?


Step 3:  Pick Your Team
By Step 3, you are no longer a carb/sugar addict. For someone wanting a binge-free life, there is nothing more liberating... difficult as it was to get there. But now you are at a fork in the road and need to make your own personal decision what path you will follow. You need to pick the dietary lifestyle that will take you from here.


Step 4:  Know Your Fat Burn Zone & Work Out
You have your diet, your life is in order, you know what you want and you are on your way to getting it. At this point you need to add some exercise to keep you healthy and accelerate your weight loss. For this, you need to know how to get into your Fat Burn Zone. Once you know that, you can burn fat more effectively no matter what type of activity you choose.
