Polyunsaturated Fat:
  • Another "good" fat
  • Reduces overall cholesterol levels, and specifically LDL or "bad" cholesterol
  • Found in fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel, trout and sardines, and also in corn, safflower, sunflower and soybean oils
